We offer more than just genuine hospitality and comfortable accommodation: for four generations now, we have been custodians of Sardinia’s pastry-making heritage, and with our Pasticceria Bon Bons we are still carrying the torch for the local traditions, using the original recipes inherited from our great-grandmother.

The Pasticceria Bon Bons is one of the most longstanding traditional Sardinian bakeries in Alghero and every day, in our oven, the old family recipes are brought back to life, using ingredients selected with great care and heartfelt passion. The authentic flavour of our pastries is the result of decades of dedication to, and respect for, the traditions embodied by the attention to detail and quality of our pastries.

Our skilled artisans are hard at work, day in, day out, preparing delicious, authentic pastries, following the same recipes handed down over the generations and using local produce for unbeatable freshness.

The main aim is to continue to preserve and make the most of the traditional recipes, always using locally sourced ingredients with a view to respecting the values, authenticity and craftsmanship that are part and parcel of the Sardinian pastry-making traditions.

Since 2020, the Pasticceria Bon Bons has embraced the wider world, thanks to our e-commerce site, which allows you, wherever you may be, to place your order from the comfort of your own home and then receive our pastries direct to your door, with no middlemen involved.

The time-honoured kitchen and retail outlet are both located in the same building that houses the Angedras Rooms. Better still, all of the pastries available at breakfast in the Rooms are made in our pastry shop.
